These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of ylya GmbH (Marinelie).

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket.
Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within five days.
4 Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These are clearly communicated to you again in the shopping basket system and on the order page.
5 Delivery
Delivery only takes place within the EU.
The delivery time is usually 1-4 working days, unless otherwise stated.
If not all the products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our own expense, provided that the delivery time is not exceeded.
