All fragrances are created exclusively by the company and bottled by hand in Germany.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Germany: 1–5 working days after receipt of order
EU: 3–5 working days after receipt of order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order's progress.

Which shipping provider do you use?

In Germany, Marinelie orders are shipped exclusively via DHL / DHL Express.

What are the shipping costs?

We deliver worldwide – as quickly, safely and reliably as possible.

Germany: €2.90 (DHL Standard) / €5.90 (DHL Express)
EU: €5.90 (DHL Standard) / €9.90 (DHL Express)
Free standard shipping on orders over €100.

Rest of the world: €19.90 (standard)

Are there any additional customs fees?

No additional customs duties are incurred within the EU.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes, every shipment is fully insured.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How and for how long can I return my order?

The free return and exchange period is 14 days from receipt of the order – provided the bottle is unused, originally sealed and in perfect condition.

How does the return process work?

Simply register in the returns portal , fill out the return request and use the return label sent via email.

The refund will be issued after receipt of the goods.

Attention: We ask for your understanding that, for hygienic reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be returned.

To make your decision easier, a free fragrance sample is included with every order – this allows you to try the fragrance risk-free without opening the main bottle.

What to do if an item is damaged?

Should your order arrive damaged, please send us a photo to info@marinelie.com . Our customer service team will discreetly and reliably find a quick solution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately by email .
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately a cancellation/change is no longer possible.
